Lambo People, edumacate me please
Is it really true that the Gallardo's pricing is in free fall? 88K for a 20K mile 06 Gallardo?
What is the service cost and interval like? I drive my cars, and in two and a half years, I have put more than 24K miles on my GT2, so if it gets replaced with the Gallardo, similar miles will be driven.
Are we looking at 355 type of 10 grand every 15K mile type of service cost, or more like the GT2 1 to 2 grand type of servcie cost every 15K miles?
I love the engine note on the Lambo's, and DD'ing it would be awesome.

I researched the same things when I was looking at Gallardos and the service costs are not outrageous. I think the most expensive service was about 3-4k. The average service I think was around 600. IMO, the Gallardo could make a great DD.

This is getting exciting.
BTW, how's the Sig 556 SWAT treating you?

Na, pretty sure his was Rosso Leto, not Rosso Vik.
The Sig has been pretty good Andy. Had a few misfeeds the first time I took it out, but other than that, it's a great gun to shoot. Need to find some better ammo though.

You'll find several 2004s in the $90K range... 2006 though, not quite there yet but it will get there eventually. You can always send it to Heffners for a TT!
As far as service costs go, 7.5K should run about $1100 (includes brake and transmission fluid flush); 15K is about $2100.

We were looking at the 355 before decided that the GT2 was the car when my wife found out that the 15K service for the 355 was 10K.
After that, doesn't matter how cheap the 355 is, there was no way that we would be getting one.
Gallardo service cost aint bad at all! This could work. DD a Gallardo would be awesome.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the major service on a 360 is about $4K which is done every 3 years. 355 should be cheaper (unless of course there are major things to be done).
That said, you'll like the Gallardo better. It's a lot more car than the 355 - better styling, V10 engine, AWD, and it's more modern.
