dont know why everyone is surprised about the payment.. I havent leased in 15 years but the only way is sign and drive putting money down is like pissing money in the garbage as the money factor is so cheap why bother..how much would you expect 100k+ car to be on a lease..

^ I usually lease because I write them off through my corp.
I have seen leases that are crazy high and low on the same MSRP, it just changes from one car maker to another or a different model within that same maker.
For example my lease on my C2S was 1300/mo, 1k down, 15k/miles year for 36months on msrp of 103k,
Then on my CTT it was 2200/mo, 7k down, 15k/miles year for 36months for msrp of 128k.
That is a huge descrepancy. It is due to money factor, residual, and other crap as you all know.
BMW usually has leases that are way lower then any other high end car maker. My brother leased a Lexus IS350 for 750/mo
and could of had a bmw 335i that costs more for 480/mo.
It also differs from town to town or dealer to dealer. I usually get a much better deal driving up to LA then what these assholes offer me in SD.
