2002 S2000
This S2000 is Sebring Silver with Suzuka & Black two-tone Leather. The car originally came with a full black leather interior (like most Sebrings) but I traded seats and door inserts with a local Blue car (and ordered the shift boot later).
It is in very good condition and owned by an enthusiast. I purchased this car from another enthusiast in Los Angeles, CA. This is my second S2000. Oil changes every 3000 miles and all services up to date. It has 45,500 miles and the 45K service was completed at 44,500 miles (full fluid flush, everything checked, etc - receipts available). It has never had a mechanical problem and everything runs like new.
2002 is a great year for the S2000 - every 2 years in the cars 10 year lifespan it went through some changes. The 2002-03 cars were the last of the 9K RPM redline, but were the first to get the glass rear window with defroster, upgraded sound system with tweeters, leather transmission tunnel, updated front roof strikers, updated interior trim finish, chrome rings in taillights, and upgraded ECU. 2002 is also the first year that Sebring Silver was offered.
It does have a few simple upgrades which really make a nice difference: authentic Acura NSX wheels with Falken FK452 in 225/255 (new tires), Espelir ASD springs, K&N air filter, Berk SS Test Pipe, 30% tint, Stainless Steel countersunk shift knob, AP2 radio door, and shaved badges (front and side). The car also had a brand new battery installed in February of this year.
The car has a clear title (VIN available upon request), but it was in a minor accident (front bumper replaced) right after I bought it (someone backed into me in a parking lot). No evidence of being hit, though.
I am selling because I live downtown and walk to work, and only drive the car 2-3x/month.
$13,650 (if paying in cash then I can write a lower bill of sale to save on tax).
