2009 Nissan GT R Premium 1,300mi Super Silver $84,500
This car will not last. That is $1,500 over sticker with the new pricing and if you factor in the clear bra you are at sticker. The car has a clear bra plus a black stripe. I do not have pics but if you are serious let me know ASAP.

Firstly if it has 1300 miles I wouldn't go around calling the car new for a start.
Secondly, will you be doing an ECU print out prior to a buyer purchasing your vehicle? A second buyer shouldn't be responsible for the prior owners actions if they happened to turn off the traction control and launch the car.
I know that Lotus do ECU printouts during the first service and void warranties if the cars are abused, it seems that Nissan will have to do the same for owners buying used or demo vehicles considering what's starting to take place.
Valid questions and comments, I hope Nissan will stand by their product.

Sorry but you are absolutly wrong with your Lotus point of voiding warrantys if the cars are driven hard. Grant it in the Lotus you can over rev the car with it being stick but that is not the case with the GT R. They set up parameters in the ecu so the car can not be abused and in the GT R not being a stick the car will not go into a gear and over rev. With regards to launching the car, this is something that the manufacture put into the car from the factory.
These cars were not ment to NOT be driven agressivly. I do not typicaly do printouts on cars, if you are serious on the car we can get a PDI (pre delivery inspection) wich Nissan will be happy to do whatever you would like.
And yes I do call 2009's with 1,300mi new. Thanks

Jason,
great offer on a GT-R, but I'm afraid LABrit is right. A few GT-Rs have been denied warranty repair by being "driven hard" while turning off some "control" button. I don't have more details as I'm not familiar with the car. I read it in some GT-R forum today.
anyone buying a pre-owned GT-R definitely needs a ECU printout.
