Dre is an unknown quantity at this point

so you think the r8 v10 is a better car than the v12v?
you have a manual, tip, or pdk?
i would like to test drive both before this purchase..dont know how realistic it would b to arrange that

dre, they are different cars. The R8 is more of a sportier drive. The V12v is a sports car, but in comparions i find it more of a GT car.

mine r8 is an rtronic.

Test drives are easy, just rock up to a dealership show interest and ask for a drive.

can someone tell me where to get aftermarket Aston Martin parts.
For example if i wanted a v12v steering wheel wrapped in alcantara leather (some come in standard leather i believe).
The tuning shop based in London preferred, thanks.

Get the V12 Vantage. Go buy an issue of Evo magazine. There are several advertisers in there that tune Aston-Martins. Before you tune it, drive it for a while. Then you'll appreciate any modifications you do.
