SOUNDS LIKE MIAMI. I have people that come from the "streets" in NY and say they get nervous in the ghetto's here in Miami.
That's a daily occurrence.
Nasty stories include having the infamous 'Rolex Gang' beat the shit out of my friends dad and rob him, gangs causing you to have accidents on purpose (one in front braking, one behind accelerating), being smacked in the face while the roof is down so they can either steal your car and/or take everything on you etc.
