I owned a '09 DBS automatic, sold it and now I own a '12 Vantage V12 6-speed. The DBS was a beautiful cruiser and the Vantage is much more fun to drive in my opinion.

There are great deals on the Vantage cars right now. 10K in "trunk money" to start.

Either way, you can't go wrong.

i drove a tungsten V12 Vantage 1 1/2 year ago...that thing is pretty bonkers. But like someone mentioned earlier, the Vantage has little to zero presence on the road. The DBS definitely commands a presence and imo is better-proportioned, albeit on the larger side in terms of size.

I do love the carbon bonnet on the V12...wish the DBS had more aggressive carbon accents like that then it would be perfect!

Go V12 Vantage, I did it and don't regretted it. The DBS is a big car, the Vanatage is the more focused drivers car (IMO). The DBS is just another DBS, the V12Vantage is a car that only comes around once in a while.

As far as not having presence on the road, I don't agree.

If you thought you'd ever be in the twisties or going to track day here or there then I'd say the V12V hands down. If thats never going to happen then I'd say the DBS is hard to beat.

OP, while I do not have a DBS, the above is a true statement! I've had many German cars and the DB9 is my first AM, and it is an event every time I drive it.....l.
