Reminds me 0f the old twincharged toyota MR2 MK1's - stock supercharged with an HKS turbo kit = 300 whp and a ridonkulous power to weight ratio....pretty serious performer for back in the early 90's

Got to hear this thing in person Saturday. We were picking up a case of wine from Semler, and as I was loading it into the car, I hear something ripping up the road, look up - and there it is with ORANGE RIMS!!! Sounded sick though....

[/URL] Hey guys, I'm glad you guys dig the car but why is there always someone that has no clue as to what they're talkin about ?
My car's intake temps are exactly the same as a turbo only setup and there is no complexity in this system due to the fact that the supercharger acts as a boost multiplier and is runnin with less load being placed on it due to the turbo force feeding it lowering it's operating temp.....
Runnin at 30 psi. the intake manifold temps after the chargecooler are only 15*f above ambient....... The system remains cool under extended load...
At to the track...at 290 rwhp this car is still the fastest Lotus at Willow Springs Raceway 1:27 min. 3yrs. ago...
I haven't run it on the track in it's current setup "yet" but it will see the track to post another lap time that no other Lotus will ever touch....
2150 lbs. with full tank and driver. 550rwhp at 30 psi. in the canyons....after a while tracks get real old with the same turns over and over, I prefer tha canyons with every corner being diferent than tha last........after a 150mi. drive you can't even count the corners....
I'm currently runin Hoosier R6 DOT slicks in the canyons and the car is on rails with no hint of slip.....
If you have any questions on the setup feel free to ask away... shift points in the second video are 2-3rd 80mph...120mph just before the motor cycle headlights appear...get a stop watch... enjoy...
