Myself, never been a fan of Lotus.

 

I like the Esprit as well. It's a quirky car to say the least with its beam chassis and "fork" rear bulkhead. Here are a couple of cool links.

There's a link I can't seem to find of a guy who started off with 1 esprit project, but ended up buying 2 extra ones to complete one whole car. He did everything in his garage and stacked boxes of kitty litter and 2X4s to set the body on while he lowered the chassis out from underneath. He was super determined, but I can't seem to find the link to see if he ever finished the project.

EDIT: I found it, and it's 4 Esprits, not 3. And on the way to pick up one of the non-running Esprits, he ended up totalling his Mercury Mountaineer tow vehicle. If you want to waste away your entire Thursday at work, here you go...
