With 6.8 psi boost and Larini Cats I was making 510HP and 371TQ at the wheels. After I removed the Cats and went back to the stock Cats, I lost about 20HP and 10TQ. I have now had the car retuned and I gained back those losses and more! I'm now at 519HP and 378TQ at the wheels. I have to thank Ali and Osh for their outstanding service to customers. I have to say that Osh, who retuned my car, is unbelievably knowledgeable. I watched him tune and realized that the same thing could be done to non-supercharged cars and an easy 30HP to the wheels could be gained, maybe more, in my opinion. I spoke to Ali about this and he was open to the idea. A couple of nice things about this are that it would not likely be detected by the dealer (ECU unchanged) and it would be a start towards the supercharger kit (use the same electronics). Food for thought!

 

those are some stout numbers, have you experienced any drivetrain issues? still on the stock clutch? who made your sc kit?

Yes, ESX Motorsport kit. No driveline issues but a custom clutch by ACT was installed at the time of the upgrade.

AMV8 was 3600+260+220=4080lb
M3 was 3700+180=3880lb

I was 200lbs heavier.
