In a nutshell, the new iPad is faster, lighter, thinner, features front and rear cameras, HDMI output, iPhone gyro, new IOS 4.3 with FaceTime, iMovie and GarageBand for iPad.

Same battery life, same prices. Get ready to buy it all over again.

Debating if it's worth getting it with 3G or just wait and tether to iPhone.

 

I just use wifi with a sprint hotspot, much faster and cheaper.

does anyone have a clue if they will update anything on this within the next few months? i hate buying electronics then getting screwed a few months after when they come out with an amazing update or feature.

^ I highly doubt they will touch this thing for at least 10-12 months(I'm assuming Marc is being sarcastic but knowing apple it's possible) best time to buy this would be now. The only thing i thought this would have that it doesn't is the higher resolution display, but i have a first gen ipad and the resolutions not bad at all, so its not a dealbreaker at all. If your going to buy i would highly suggest getting the 3g because without a quality internet connection you will really never use the thing
