RDB LA - Project Full Custom WideBody Mercedes C63
Here are some pictures of the C63 project we tackled in less then 1 month. This vehicle went from a roughly painted matte white stock body to a full front and rear metal wide-body including front and rear bumper extensions. We also extended the rear doors and rocker panels. The front fenders were also extended along with c63 black series style vents custom made. Don't mind the height of the car as it has springs right now, coil over's are arriving shortly.
A list of what was done all within 1 month, the list is quite extensive which makes it impressive to do within the time-frame given. As you will see this project was not simple. The custom body work has to be perfect along with the paint job for us to even release the car.
List of what was done to the vehicle.
Strip the vehicle along with doors, door panels, door handles, windshield, trunk, hood, window trims, bumpers, roof carbon fiber spoiler.
Cut rear quarter panels for extensions
Cut metal and weld onto rear quarter panels
Add metal to rear doors for extensions
Add metal to rear bumper for extension with accents molded to bumper
Add metal to rocker panels for extension
Grind and use metal filler to make sure all the body lines flow properly
Repair severely broken/cracked Revozport F1 front bumper
Add metal and extend front bumper (still keep front cf vents intact)
Open front headlights and paint trim black with new body color features (reseal after)
Remove old looking rear tail light film and smoke using professional paint procedures
Repair front grill which was plast-dipped
Repaint front grill gloss black
Repaint window trims gloss black (was plasti dipped and peeling)
Repaint rear trunk trim gloss black
Reclear matte carbon fiber for gloss effect (trunk edges, front bumper accents, roof spoiler, rear diffusor)
Repaint brake calipers to Verde Ithaca
Paint inside jams of vehicle to special Grigio Medio mix
Paint outside of vehicle to special Grigio Medio mix
Reinstall everything back to vehicle
Color sand and buff entire vehicle
Install new wheels/tires

Thank you, as of right now they are 19x12.5 wheels in the back. They are temporary tires but the rear tires size currently is a 305/35/19, we are going to go to a 325/30/19 shortly. They are AG forged wheels.

The car makes plenty of power right now with longtube headers, custom exhaust, tune etc... Might be doing a supercharger upgrade soon!
