10 weeks later and 3.5K poorer, my ADV.1 wheels are still not here...

ADV1 is a unique company in the fact that every wheel they make is truly unique and at the top of the wheel industry. It's unfortunate that these few incidents have happened but it is always easy to judge being a third party. I wish them the best as they are truly a staple in the automotive industry.

It is something we're working on with our dealers so they don't give out the wrong lead times. It's tough but we are working on it.
As far as me promising the wheels last week, they're ready. The wheels were finished last week when I posted up the photos so we came through on our end. We're just waiting on the customer and dealer to sort out payments and pick up! Al12183 can attest to that.

The thing is we normally don't deal directly with customers. We mainly do wholesale so it's up to our dealers to provide accurate lead times. Some of our wheels can take 3 weeks and some can take 10 weeks. The main backups right now are rim parts since it's wheel season and engineering.

just picked up my rims from ADV and I am pretty happy with the result. Will put them on next week when the suspension arrive and will post pics after.

I love how this guy is bitter about not getting the wheels, then WAITS a week to get his suspension. Why not have suspension in hand BEFORE the wheels show up??? Seems a bit lame to me...
