Some (installers and consumers) have questioned the efficacy of us placing our laser jamming system behind grilles, so we decided to make this video to show this same vehicle jamming a Lidar gun. Yup, we have a Lidar gun. The first few seconds show the Lidar tracking another vehicle until the Black Series show up. It shows clearly the gun is being jammed as soon as the vehicle came in sight up until it is turned off at 27mph by the driver. Wow. This is superb work. I wish you were in my area.

BTW Since you just got into laser jammer install, you won't know this, but lasers are an optical technology. They don't work if you put them behind the grille. They have to be in front of the grille to work, and have direct line of sight to the gun (so the more recessed they are, the more vulnerable when the car is going round a corner, or being shot at an angle from a ramp. Also the closer to the headlights the more effective.

Escort's jammers are the weakest on the market. They work well on mercedes, but only if placed in the upper grille cut through the mesh.

The install shown above will provide zero laser protection.

 

Guys I desperately need this for the windshield on my LR3. They're putting in my third in 3 years. Problem is I'm in Toronto. Anyway od getting this done?
