Update
This Update is of yesterday.
I received the Pulley and SC Belt from Weistec yesterday and once I got over to the garage Allan had already put the car on the lift and removed the OEM Electric Water Pump and plumbed in the Speedriven one. We also removed all engine under covers ready to be cleaned of all the oil from the worn PS Pump pressure hose.
Weistec SC pulley and belt being installed. Used loctite on the SC pulley bolts:
Some pics of the heat exchanger, oil cooler etc
Doing the Electric water pump Wiring
Removing the Small passenger side valve cover and cleaning it. Removed all old RTV silicone and cleaned it out ready for clean new RTV
Wiring up and installing the supplied resistor which plugs into where the OEM SC Pulley resistance plug was
MAP Sensor
One off Modified OEM Bumper freshly painted
We hope to do the first start up tomorrow after filling the cooling system up with coolant and Purple Ice from Royal Purple. Once the car successfully starts up and everything is OK we'll do a test drive followed by a full fluid swap. Also will be investigating squealing sound from brakes.
