SL55K, The Story

Update
All parts have been installed. The DME, S/C Pulley and Belt have just reached, hopefully by today they will be sent to the workshop so we can run this thing!

We used the OEM Air Intake pipe and modified it for the WEISTEC filter. It might not be necessary for the US but its important to get as much air as we can to the engine and intake in our hot climate. Already have the Ice-Tank from Weistec planned for this summer.

The Heat Exchanger was being installed yesterday, will be posting pics of that build too, some minor modifications were needed as well for the H/E

I followed this thread since the first post, and it has been an incredible journey! Your SL55 looks amazing, and that new Weistec supercharger will be insane. Best wishes with your new power additions!

Update
The boys started to work on the radiator, OEM heat exchanger kit. Cleaned most of the engine bay and parts, lots of leaks here-and-there but fixed 90 percent of the problems. The last remaining part is left, the ABC Steering Pump hose, it was slightly damaged so I decided to get a new one before any problems happen.

OEM Radiator, heat exchanger, PS Oil Cooler assembly

And here she is

Speedriven Heat Exchanger lying beneath oem radiator (which was flushed and cleaned)

Speedriven Heat Exchanger installed and piping extended and modified by the Allen and 0-60Motorsports

Speedriven Electric Water Pump plumbed in but we'll be removing the OEM pump and connecting the piping up so that both the OEM and Speedriven Heat exchangers work together

Some great innovation of piping fitment and custom made bracket

Weistec Supercharger Piping for cooling installed.
