Tried it out, it was probably a good option before Apple upgraded the mail.app, but now it's the new version, Sparrow seems slightly shit.

Apple Mail > every other mail client. The only issue I have with Mail is that it tends to choke up on large IMAP accounts, but otherwise it's head and shoulders above everything else IMO.

I didn't like it. Mail is perfect for me. Haven't found anything better, and just about stopped looking.
