How to make ringtones?

what's the easiest way to make a ringtone for iPhone?

wanna make one from theme song of Sons of Anarchy.

I don't like the one they offer on iTunes.

audiko.net. Upload your song, cut it the way you want it, and then simply download the ringtone into itunes and you are set. Used it a lot.

Made one along time ago and it was easy. Download song on iTunes, righ click on it and select make ringtone, then pick 30 seconds using a slider. I don't know if that's changed though. I haven't used a ringtone in over 2 years.

finally got it figured out..it can be a little buggy but overall it works fine. Obviously Apple doesn't wanna make it easy and intuitive as they sell plenty of ringtones.
