Microsoft Office for Mac: Issue with grey text in letter templates

I'm using one of Office's letter templates and when I attempt to print the letter I've created, the text on the page prints a very light grey color.

How do I change all of the text on the page, including the header, to normal black font?

In the formatting palette there is an option for font color, select all and change it to black. That should get it working.
