10% off is actually quite good on Apple products.

Is there no Apple store in Chile? I think you'll be hard pressed to get a better deal than that (an Apple Consultant at an official store certainly won't be able to give you that sort of discount for a non-EDU/non-government institution). As far as buying outside of the country, it will likely cost more after declaring everything to customs + shipping, etc.
