Windows. Invest in a real computer at some point.

I haven't seen any known issues that would cause the problem. I'm assuming you haven't jailbroken the phone or monkied with it in some fashion. Try restoring the phone and see what that gets you.

You know you don't HAVE to update the phone each time a new OS comes out right? It may be better to wait a few days after the updates have become available so that you're not the one calling Apple or searching for help, let someone else be the guinea pig next time.

well in a perfect world I would but non of my companies software programs work on anything Apple. No, the phone was bought from BRAND new as stated earlier. I restored it and it (magically) installed the latest update as well.

If this is going to be a habit I'm taking the phone back and demanding a replacement. It worked FINE up until the last two updates.
