So who got the new iPhone today? Love it?

T-Mobile has no reception, I'm on Verizon and have to use their cell booster to keep calls from dropping. They've acknowledged it as a problem area in the past but it's so few customers it doesn't make sense to build it up.

Finally activated my phone and sync'd all my stuff. I had the 3G, didn't bother with the 3GS. Dunno if the 'S' was a significant improvement, but all I can say is the 4 is INFINITELY faster and most importantly, the keyboard actually types what I press! IMO, that was one of the weakest functions of the OG and 3G. Made me yearn for my Blackberry again.
Image quality is incredible for a little phone. Now, just hope the antenna issues are a non-issue....
EDIT: Damn it. Knew I spoke too soon. That stupid antenna thing is a problem. Hold it in my left hand, signal dies. Put it down, comes back. Grrrrr...... Where's the fix???

Seems there are more problems with the iPhone;
iPhone 4 proximity sensors not functioning properly? Boy Genius Report
This is really sad... I am an Apple enthusiast as much as I a Porsche enthusiast ! And I hate to see Apple fail this bad with their new iPhone!

Jobs said it's not a design flaw, you're holding it wrong.... c'mon, I was looking forward to getting this but this sounds silly. I'm not really thrilled with the 4.0 OS I upgraded to either. Seems like the old system worked better.

They also suggest you can purchase a case and solve the problem. Typical.

Question for the iPhone'ers
To delete an email without looking opening it, all I had to do was swipe the message and press the red 'Delete' button. Now, with the 4G, an 'Archive' button pops up. I don't want to archive the message, I want to delete the f'ing thing! How can I change this?

Thx. I've checked the settings and there isn't an option to change this. Very irritating.....
