So I have things that I have already downloaded and I must have double clicked them twice or something because they downloaded twice. So I stopped one and did ctrl delete but every time I sign into iTunes they start going again. So how do I permanently delete them so they do now come up every again?

At the bottom it always says 2 downloads available which are the two files I am talking about.

 

Store -> Sign out. Then sign in, let it download any available files, and you should be good.
