My Macbook Pro screen...it has issues

It only does this once and then and will fix its self if I put it to sleep and wake it up. Anyone ever seen this before or had this problem? I cant really afford to leave my computer at the apple store for a couple days because I use it for school and whatnot. Any ideas?

Do those lines line up with the keyboard? I'm thinking it may be a pressure thing.

if its the last model before the new unibodies came out, its the graphics card that has gone bad. Thankfully Apple care is 2 years on this part.

i just saw some sort of release on this... search for "vertical lines issue on Macbook" and I bet you'll get plenty of info. Pretty sure that's what they called it.

you might get lucky and they'll have one in stock or upgrade you to a new Unibody Pro. I had a sound card issue, and mine was replaced with a new one.

good luck

Muju is an unknown quantity at this point
Had the same issue couple of times. All I have to do is restart the computer.
Also it could be a energy peak.
For example, this happened to me when there has a power shortage and at the sametime I was loading my laptop.

Its happened to me 4 times after that. So 6 times all together in 1 year.
Never bothered to get it checked.

best regards,
Mike
