Update: 6/6/2013
Dealer settled for 10k for a multitude of reasons but the 2 most important were;
1.They were sitting on my trade for 6 months in the event they had to "unwind the deal", all the while I'm adding miles to their car.
2.Texas has DTPA laws that when proven allows for the plaintiff to recover attorneys fees as well as damages.
Attorney's fees were less than $1,200...now, what can I do to make it faster!?
