You aren't winning a lawsuit. First lawyer you hire will tell you everything you "want" to hear and you will start typing "slam dunk" on the internet. You will have a big legal bill trying to prove a bunch of talk. Negotiate some minimal compensation from them, hire someone to wet sand the car, then get rid of it. Too many people get pissed and wanna hire a lawyer. We all know who wins in that deal. It ain't your check book.

Agree 100%. Lawyer up to go to court and start a "he said" case? You will never get the sales staff into court to testify. Let's face it, they have attorneys on retainer. Do you?

Really? Ah no, not really. It's not a CARS 4 LESS, it's an established Porsche dealer.

What about taking the dealer to small claims court. And just get a small settlement from the court. I know different states have a limit on the amount you can go after in court, but it's quicker and you don't have as much in legal fees. I hear there is no guarantee they will pay you if you win though.

I have seen many instances that carfax will make a good car bad and a bad car good.

Carfax is only as good as the information people are willing to input. Tons can be hid from them. It's very easy.

Small claims court maximum in Texas is $3500.

Something is odd here now. Only 3 posts total by the OP and I'm wondering if the join was just for this reason.
