Car dealer nightmare

You aren't winning a lawsuit. First lawyer you hire will tell you everything you "want" to hear and you will start typing "slam dunk" on the internet. You will have a big legal bill trying to prove a bunch of talk. Negotiate some minimal compensation from them, hire someone to wet sand the car, then get rid of it. Too many people get pissed and wanna hire a lawyer. We all know who wins in that deal. It ain't your check book.

Really? Ah no, not really. It's not a CARS 4 LESS, it's an established Porsche dealer.

What about taking the dealer to small claims court. And just get a small settlement from the court. I know different states have a limit on the amount you can go after in court, but it's quicker and you don't have as much in legal fees. I hear there is no guarantee they will pay you if you win though.
