Miami Area 997.2 Info needed??

I came across this car while looking for a new 991S. Looks real clean and nice. I was told it could be had for a pretty good deal off the asking price? anyway I was wondering if anyone here knows this car? It is in the South Fl area Miami. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

997carrerasblk06 has a reputation beyond repute

looks more like its been in an accident.....that is waaaaay too cheap for a new 997.2

Blue interior? Not surprised all those dealers are finding it hard to move that car.

Not new it is a used 2012 with just over 5k miles. I do not see that it was in an accident??
