Temporary front license plate for 997

Temporary front license plate for 997
Friend of mine got a no front license plate ticket in his 997. He doesn't want to drill any holes in his front bumper, but needs something to hold the plate for the front. Something that is pretty sturdy for when the CHP sees if it is permanent, but something that can be taken right off afterwards 
Anyone have any Ideas or suggestions?

I have seen a magnetic sistem, you glue to the back side of the front bumper twoo powerfull magnets, and you add two magnets,big coin size to your front license plate, protected with soft circular coin size cloth, then you can put it on ciity and remove it for rides and pictures with no scratches on your bumper.
