Front license plate/frame

Front license plate/frame
Car obviously looks WAY better without the frame and plate, any ez way to remove the frame and use some sort of colored cap to match the car paint as if it were never there ?!?

What kind of car? I think most manufacturers would make color matched plugs to cover the holes.

I had a set on my S2000.
