Porsche 991 Spied: Almost Completely Undisguised

Silver is hard to capture in pictures, even metallic. Silver only looks good in real life. Rarely do I see a silver car I like. I own a silver MB, it just doesn't look the same with pictures.

The more I look at it, the more I can see the slight hint of metallic sparkle. I think this particular example simply needs more contrasting parts to bring out the silver. Given that the wheels are painted silver/gray, it adds to the generic coloring. Black wheels, model badges, and removal of the camouflage will help.

New video. Shows the start up, and drive away. What a nice sound.

I'm there with you. The low bumper and taillights of the 911s we all love appear to be gone forever. I grew up loving the rear end of the 930 and dreaming of the 993 when I got out of school. Oh well...
And what color is that? Flesh? Female Blush Makeup? What an odd shade.
Sounds good though. Just not as good as my GTS w/ SharkWerks Bypass

I don't know if it's that they're lazy or just scared of screwing up one of the most iconic products ever given customer expectations and increasing industry standards.

Believe me when I say, there is absolutely no more challenging task design wise than designing a new 911.
