Why would you want your hood to resemble carbon fiber? I still don't understand this, especially when you open the hood and see the backside of the wrap around the edges.

I have always viewed large carbon fiber panels as purely functional.

I definitely like the look. On lighter cars it might also reduce glare, no?

I agree with Axxlrod, the mirrors would look great wrapped too, with the arms still in original color.
