It's where the refinement of the Porsche 911 meets tuner world: the Sportec SP600 convertible.
The car is the product of Swiss tuner company Sportec, which adds turbochargers, a sports exhaust system and performance catalysts to the 911. The result: a 600-hp rocket that can run from 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds.
The SP600 gets air-intake upgrades, including a sports air filter and suction unit. Sportec also added a second clutch and will calibrate each car ndividually. The exterior has 20-inch forged aluminum wheels, a front spoiler, side skirts and a carbon-fiber rear wing.
Sportec also is offering two other variants of the SP, the 680, which is rated at 680 hp, and a 530-hp version.
