^ Actually, the 964 never had rear bumperettes. That Turbo bumper is the same as on the 964 RS, and it's only sticking out slightly so the plate lights could fit vertically. (No idea why though. I wonder if Zamirz knows . . . )

FYI Guys:
rear bumper for 996 vehicles now come without the hole for the bumperettes... on the inside there is a guide to cut out holes for the eyesores.
So just order a new rear bumper ordered and don't cut the holes.

I wouldn't be surprised if 997 are the same now.
