It does on the 997 S / 4S but not on the GT3 (3.8)

David, thanks so much to you, Connor, and Jared for the hospitality and great time. We felt very welcome and I want your car!

We just finished up Day Two. From Knoxville to Little Rock in a little over 7 hours, averaging 27.1 mpg (!!!) and 73 mph. No cop troubles...

In the afternoon we linked up at Russ' house (aka MexicoBlue) for the night. Another great Teamspeed host, Russ took us to a great restaurant for dinner, showed us around his beautiful home, introduced us to his entertaining kids, then "test drove" the C4S. Not a bad day...

Here are the highlights:

Ferdinand announcing our approach to Memphis

Ferdinand protecting the car at the Cracker Barrel (an experience for another time...)

About to cross into Arkansas

At the MexicoBlue residence

Russ' magnificent kitchen (with my lovely wife)

Off to Albuquerque tomorrow - should be a LONG day. I'll still post the update and more pics. I hope to have a big mph number pic. Thanks for looking and keep the comments coming!

This is a great trip, thanks for the updates. Keep'em coming. i am jealous, I want to go to Monterrey. Perhaps next year I will do the same, and I will be bugging you guys to visit on my way as well.

Can't wait to see your pictures of the historic car races.

Have fun, as I am sure you are, and good luck with the rest of the trip.
