Hey guys I am new but I'm disabled (War Vet) and I built a 911 GT3 rsr based car off a 911 996. Not to be a poser but I'm just wanting to say I built that. It's been a few months in this project but I love what I've been able to do. Just needs paint now and a few tid bits. But I think the guy did a great job, maybe take the labels off and let it be what it is like i'm doing.

While I am not defending him, I don't think this is much different from building a '73 RS clone. At least he didn't do it half-arsed . . .

The car looks sick imo.
I really really like it.
If it was a GT3 RS with all the original racing equipment I`d rock that for sure
But the fact that it is a fake destroys it all...

I was thinking that too. That perhaps he couldn't drive a stick, and still really liked the look of the RS.

take the GT3 RS sticker off and the car look good ,his money if he like the GT3 RS look ,I don't see anything wrong with it .He shouldn't put the GT3 RS sticker on there though .Maybe he can't drive a manual .

hey i saw that guy if its the same car i saw on sunday at premiers grand opening in california. But the guy driving it did not look disabled.

I have no problem with him putting all the bits on the car and making it look the way he likes I just have always hated "up-badging" on any vehicle. Just take the stickers off and it has credibility and looks good.

+1 on what Jox said
