Thought I'd share this one. Motor trend released the quickest test cars for 2012, no surprise here who took the lead!
10. 2013 BMW M5 – 3.7 seconds
9. 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster – 3.6 seconds
8. 2013 Audi S8 – 3.5 seconds
7. 2013 Ford Shelby GT500 – 3.5 seconds
6. 2013 SRT Viper GTS – 3.4 seconds
5. 2013 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 – 3.4 seconds
4. 2012 McLaren MP4-12C – 2.9 seconds
3. 2013 Nissan GT-R Black Edition – 2.8 seconds
2. 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 – 2.8 seconds

Motor Trends estimated hp from the dyno was about 575 for the S8. Not the 520 that Audi claims.

Posted more realistic stats, well at least what I could find from reputable sources (magazines). Most are from a couple of years ago. I guess many publishers haven't decided to drop the some what meaningless 0-60/62 mph numbers for more realistic real world comparisons of 0 - 120 mph.

who really cares about 0-60mph performance anyway? when was the last time you raced someone and then got off it at 60? IMO for supercars, 60-130mph or 0-125mph much more relevant, and separates the men from the boys...
