I'd like to add, that we also made the P40SC additional 1-2 lbs lighter than the P40S which were 1-2 lbs lighter than the original, most replicated P40 design.
I weighed a 20x10 at 22lbs !! and 20x11 was 22.4 lbs! That is pretty darn light!! Consider what a 19" would weigh.
