Very nice turbo, but is your car a PDK?
I read a post on 6speedonline from an employee at Champion Motors that the PDK software unit only allows 550-600 hp max. Even if you have hardware over 1000hp, it won't allow all that power to transfer through. Hence you are limited on horse power sent to the tranny.
Also they were having problems rebuilding the PDK unit because the PDK casing can not be disassembled. If stronger gears are required, they need to completely cut open the PDK unit and I guess re weld it afterwards which is going to be a weaker unit.
Anyways best of luck and would love to see how your project progress.
