Talking Project DTM build thread

Hey everyone,
I think most of you know about the track car I have been working on. I decided to start a build thread. Lots of pics to come!!!!
Here are some of the specs on this car in a short.

Full tube front and rear chassis
Turbo 2jz powered (I6)
Getrag 6 speed with a sequential dog box
Custom built independent ford 9 rear end
Porsche 996 gt3 cup car suspension

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask away!

Well the car when I got it was a driving and running 1988 190e 2.3
What is looked like after the first day I got it

This is when I took of the front to start tubing the car

2jz Carrillo rods J.E. pistons 280 duration cams aem cam gears

Porsche 996 gt3 center-locks

Hope you all enjoy.. There is only a few pics for now.. more will come soon! Keep in mind I'm a 21 year old kid.. So before you guys bash me to much remember that

Holy crap, man! This looks like a serious build! Congrats on having the balls to undertake such a massive task and best of luck in getting it where you want it to be. Sounds like it's going to be killer from the specs you've mentioned. Please keep us updated!

Thanks, I plan on maybe a year to a year 1/2... It will depend on money... I fund all my own projects (not my parents money) and I'm 21 so as you know most people my age don't make allot but I can weld and machine just about anything I want which allows me to do things like this...

Way to go man. I've got a lot of respect for guys who work on and build their own dream cars. I would personally never get behind the wheel of something I'd put together, but props to you for going for it.

Best of luck and
