maybe but I'm 100% sure europipe exhaust is doing job much better then the one above from china.....it's looks like china.

Its not made in china at all. FVD uses the company M&M Exhaust in Germany to fabricate all of their exhausts.

Do you bend the heat shield up to get to the catalytic converter bolts and then you bend it back into place?
