HI -

I was at my dealer yesterday and saw a new GTS cab with painted black RS center lock wheels. The car looked great - white with black interior and black wheels with silver lip.

I dig the white/black look.

What are your thoughts on Basalt Black Turbo S Cab with black centerlocks?

Anyone have any pics of this combo?

Also - I think its time to let her voice open up a bit. Not looking for any drone - car will be on public roads so I'm not looking to be offensive by any stretch. I was considering the Cargraphic exhaust - now my guy is pushing me on a GMG Exhaust. I've also been reading about BBI exhausts.

Anyone replace their 2011 Turbo S exhaust yet and want to share some thoughts?

The BBI exhaust sounds so incredible on the 997.2 I believe they have a sound clip on their website.

 

I like how the AWE exhaust sounds, but you can't go wrong with any that you listed. Is this car a DD?

 

Its sort of a daily driver. I am switching off between the 997.2 Turbo S and an 11 Cayenne Turbo.

Driving the 911 daily is just awesome, and I do, do it regularly. But, its not good for taking people out to lunch/dinner or really carting the kids anywhere.

 

I agree - I was really pleased with that clip. But, deciding between Stage 1,2 or 3 is the question.

Will I be happy with the "standard" set up of "how it should sound" - or do I go for the "the way they think a porsche should sound" level 2?

Exhaust purchases are not the easiest things.....

 

They certainly aren't. I'd give Betim a ring. He is an extremely friendly guy and I guarantee he'd have some way or something that would help in making your decision an easier one.

 

I won't comment on the exhaust because there are people here better suited to give you advice there but I think the black centerlocks would look great on your car!

 

Where are you guys finding this soundclip on BBI's website? Their website doesn't have much info on it.

I've heard good things about BBi, Tubi, and Fabspeed. I would YouTube their sounds and see which one tickles your fancy...
