There is lot of work to do.

The torque curve is awful,
So yes Lot of torque, and lot of power

but a top rpm there is a variation of 70 N.m :s

Ask to fix it !!

I guess, it the fuel regulation, fuel regulator, injector, or fuel pump.
If not try to find a peak of boost
