I actually had a blast in the rain/snow. I can't believe they let us stay out for that long.

Rock chips turn into rust spots in as quick as 1 year, and undercarriage rust? Not fun!

This thread has been truly amusing... asg, thanks for clarifying. You were coming off a little, let's say snooty. Most of the regulars on TS do own and have owned some pretty cool stuff, cars, boats, and motorbikes. Some of us have been in the industry with 'spenive product for a really long time. I have found it to be an excellent resource of info and comradery. Except Stoppie. He sucks.

Jox started a little joke and I ran with it. The mirrors have no issues with water. Just having some fun. Now back to your original program...

Seems like a pretty chill place.

Thanks gents -

PS - i'm the least snooty guy around - sorry if I came off that way -

Do I get brownie points for letting my 2,3 and 5 year old eat dairy queen in the car last night :-)

You're forgiven if you post pics of your cab.

We don't really have anything fun in our garage at this point, but certainly have. In any event, as it's been mentioned, you're not going to get an extra cent for a car that's never seen rain on trade. To a private buyer, I can see how that may be a plus.

Regardless, you bought it to drive it. If you're comfortable, drive it. I have a friend who drives his GranTurismo S, 911TT, AMG benzes in everything but snow, which is due to the incredible amount of salt they use on the roads here.

Enjoy it, no matter what you choose to do!
