Turbo S finds a home

I ordered the car on Feb. It finally showed up this week. Doesn't seem to be a shortage of the Turbo S's. My dealer still has one on the ground that wasn't pre-ordered. Mine is Basalt Black, with Black Interior, Porsche Crest in Headrest, Leather Seat Backs, leather PDK Surround and painted splitter, skirts, headlight wiper nozzle. I'm very happy with it. The SMG is very, smooth. Almost too smooth. haven't had an opportunity to open her up. Only 50 miles so far.

Congratulations! Love the color! That color is my favorite on modern Porsches. Glad to see you having yet another BBTurbo.

I love the wheels too!

People are buying Turbo S's left and right on here!

Whenever you get an oppurtunity to really drive, it''d be nice to see whether the Turbo S or GT3 feels faster.

Did you buy it just so you didn't have to change your TS name?

...love it! Congrats!

No matter how many times I walk away from a Porsche Turbo, I keep going back. The car is just addictive. They keep calling my name. Guess I have Turbo's in my blood.

Beautiful car. Nashville Porsche has a black S on the showroom floor. It is beautiful. I didn't walk in there looking for that car, but it sure was tempting.!

My car tempted me beyond my control. I ordered it, then when the build was delayed 3 months, I decided not to take it. It finally showed up, I walked into the dealers showroom to take a peak and it was love at first sight. Very clean car from a design standpoint. . I think the 997 Turbo design is timeless. This is my third one and it still give me goosebumps.
