Paint Question

Has anyone painted the exhaust outlet/ring the color of the car. My car is white, I am having the front bottom lip done in white this week and am considering the exhaust outlets as well.

Anyone done this, pics

Powder Coat

If you want to paint your tips, I would encourage using powder coating due to the exhaust temp. It is fairly inexpensive to powder coat these parts if you are using a local area shop...most likely they will charge you from $75 to $150 max just to make it worth their time.

Here is a set of tips a customer with a Boxster had powder coated.

Cheers!

That's a bad idea...powder coating won't last even a day of hard driving. I had mine powder coated and after one hard driving session, it was all gone. Have them ceramic coated instead. That'll last.
