It's up on the dyno now!
With well over a foot of snowfall last Thursday and Friday, moving the car to the dyno was not an option. Progress is in full swing on this build once again!
Initial numbers from the day, four pulls at 550whp and 530wtq at it's low boost setting.

This thread has been dead for quite a while. Time for UPDATES!
After a couple months of datalogging this setup with the tip and increasing the power levels while tuning the TCM on the street looking to detect slippage and other limitations we have put the Tiptronic under the knife.
At the 800hp level, on the street under full load conditions, there is no way you can keep this box from slipping, it is mechanically impossible.
We are currently finishing up the upgrades on the Tiptronic gearbox itself. As you can see in the pictures below the engine assembly is out and is eagerly waiting to go back in while the trans is in the assembly phase of the project. This has been a very interesting journey as we have found a lot of different versions of this transmission and the parts available.
