I wish they'd offer a M/T as well. I'd love to see that new 'blue' color tho. Looks hot! Especially with the yellow calipers of the PCCB's.....

The more I look at it the more I am underwhelmed. I am sure it will be a great drive. Just not distinguished enough. Why not special front and rear a la GT2? I mean I have 520 in my Cayman, HP is not evrything, just saying....
I am fine with the PDK, most likely the next tt will have PDK for me. I would get a GT3 for shifting and just slamming the car.

Well, the Turbo S is based on the new DFI block, not the GT1 Block of the 997mkI GT2. So I says nope.

you`ll probably right. But i hope there are different turbos compared to standard turbo, bigger IC etc etc. I dont mind that it looks the same but there has to be some difference enginge wise, not just a new tune that makes 30hp more. Otherwise i dont really see the point of this car.

Sad face.

j/k- All joking a side remember Porsche does 'evolutionary changes' not revolutionary. You don't want to offer a Porsche that so plainly disregards your Chassis brothers.

Different chassis, sure. But not the same chassis. It's supposed to be the pinnacle of 997 evolution.

-And it is.

If you want 100% different, I'd say you'd have to wait until either the 998 er what ever they're going to call it or the 999?!
