is it just me or is this car extremely disapointing? a regular turbo with an evoms tune will be just as fast maybe even faster

Great point. And only $4k or less. Mainly, you don't have to get the goofy interiors on the S model.

Sad on the manual tranny. Soon Porsche will only use PDK like Ferrari.

I think we already had this arguement. ^^^^

The Turbo S will be fully covered under warranty- by Porsche. Porsche won't warranty a car that's been fooled with much; and thats usually enough to push people to keep the car OEM.

I would bet money this is true.

I have a BBI tuned 2007 997TT and I would stack it up against any stock 2010.

Good point, Chris... there is definitely something to be said about keeping the car stock. Not to mention how much rarer the Turbo S will be than the "regular" Turbo. This should help with resale quite a bit...

I'm a big fan of OEM stuff now. Guess after many years of getting beat up with putting mods on the car. After all, if you can't find that ONE buyer who is looking for that mod, you'll barely get anything for them.

Wheels and exhaust are different; but major engine mods....not so much.
