The 997.2 TT has a more muted exhaust than the 997.1 TT and this is not based on youtube movies. It was said by a director at Porsche. I can send you the link if you want.

Thats odd. b/c the 1st thing I noticed when I started it up that it sounds more robust. Not so 'whispery' as the 997TTmkI.

Personal opinion of course.

Agreed, I drove our first 2010 TT PDK Cab on Saturday. My perception was it was seriously louder than the 997.1TT. Much meaner spunding to me.
