Any 2010's at the US Dealers Yet? Seems like the slowest roll out ever for Porsche no? |
I noticed a bunch of 2010 Turbos on dealer sites - they're not in stock yet? I know in the past the dealers would put "Incoming" or similar, but these cars had prices associated with them. |
I posted over on 6Speedonline that All the West Coast Cars are in San Diego and have been there since before Christmas. I belive there was a delay with the EPA Certification. Since they are a new Model with New EPA Emission and mileage numbers my understanding is that they need EPA approval. For some reason it did not happend yet so they can not leave the port. The New U.S. Launch Date is now Janurary 30th. All dealers will have cars by then. The wait is killing me....... |
No, they have not been released yet... official word is "just before launch date" which is jan 25th iirc... so we will have our first one on the 26th :) |
No issues with EPA, Porsche has the launch date as the 25th. |

That is late.... |
I can't wait. |
Looking forward to seeing them. Can't wait for the RS's. |
Looks like US dealers are starting to get some. There is this one at Coral Cables: The Collection -- 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, Meteor Grey Metallic http://the-collection.porschedealer....5AS773286c.jpg and this press release sounds like this dealer is getting some this week, although the "on sale" date looks to be pushed back. my dealer said they have to yet to get CAFE certification (fuel economy, etc).
